The Village is located south of Granbury Texas about a 10 minute drive from the intersection of Hwy 377 /Hwy 144 at 3862 Manbrino highway. General directions are travel from Intersection Hwy 144/Hwy 377 south on Hwy 144 for 4.6 miles then left on FM 2425 then go 3.8 miles to The Village on the left.

There are two key pad controlled gated entrances to The Village one on Angle Bluff Ct and the other entrance is the next gate to the south. There are a total of 9 lots with 8 of them being half acre (-+) the 9th lot on the north side of Angle Bluff Ct is approximately one acre. All lots have a spectacular view looking east over Lake Granbury. The community has a green area maintained by the HOA which has a walking/jogging path and is for the exclusive use of the residence of The Village.

Lots 1 through 8 are starting in 2007 at $250,000 each and house construction must begin no later than 6 months from closing date.
